Refunds/Exchanges

We aim to bring great service to all our customers! We accept exchanges / refunds for products consisting of manufacturer defects. All purchased goods are to be in its original packaging and not worn at all to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Care is taken before we ship the products. In the event of an exchange, customers would be required to post the item back to us (cost of posting to be borne by customers). Upon receipt of the item and if the condition of item is accepted by us for an exchange, Your Baby Wear will then ship (free shipping) the new item back to you (apply only to local addresses).

In the event of a refund, customers would be required to post the item back to us (cost of posting to be borne by customers). Upon receipt of item and if the condition of the item is accepted by us for a refund, we will contact you by email for your preferred method of refund.

Your Baby Wear reserves all rights and the final decision if the purchased item is eligible for an exchange/refund. In the event, the condition does not meet the eligibility, a SGD$10 administrative fee will be imposed. We advise all exchange/refund customers to contact us at yourbabywear@gmail.com prior to posting the item back to us.
